You can prepare ribs almost any way you like and the result will be rich, meaty, and juicy. They can be braised, roasted or even grilled with your favorite rub and are most flavorful, moist and tender when slow-cooked.  They’re versatile enough to be a slow cooked comfort dish and a grill master’s specialty.

All Farmer's Provisions beef is dry-aged for incredible flavor, 100% grass-fed and regeneratively grazed.

100% grass-fed and finished

We believe cattle were created to convert sunlight, rain, soil, and plants into healthy protein, vitamins, and minerals. Accordingly, our cattle eat ONLY a healthy mix of grasses, legumes, and brassicas and are NEVER fed grain or grain by-products. They are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished in a regenerative farming system.

Regeneratively grazed

Every day that our cattle graze open fields of cover crops and pasture they not only add pounds of nourishing beef, they improve the soil they walk on.  Daily rotation to fresh forage mimics natural grazing, which optimizes their nutritional intake and the health of the plants they graze.  The cover crops, cattle, and their manure create organic biomass in and on the soil, retaining soil nutrients in place, naturally breaking pest cycles, and building a healthy population of microorganisms in the soil.  Ultimately, the integration of cattle on crop land increases nutritional output from the land while simultaneously sequestering carbon and nutrients and decreasing dependence on synthetic chemical fertilizers and pesticides.

Free shipping on orders over $150

Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping to 29 states (see our Shipping FAQ for details). Our beef is shipped frozen on Wednesdays via overnight or two-day express shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect quality. The order cutoff time for Wednesday shipping is midnight Tuesday (i.e. orders placed on Wednesday will ship the following Wednesday). When your order ships, we will email you tracking details so you can stay updated on your delivery.

High quality packaging

Cuts are individually packaged in vacuum-sealed shrink-wrap packaging to preserve quality and nutrition, and with a label on every package you’ll know exactly what you’re pulling out of the freezer. Our premium steaks (T-Bone, Filet Mignon, Ribeye, and NY Strip) are packaged in pairs (two steaks per shrink-wrapped package).

Environmentally sustainable

It's very important to us that the packaging we use to ensure your beef arrives safely is as sustainable as the practices used to raised the beef.

Our beef is packed frozen into sturdy boxes lined with bio-degradable insulation made from cornstarch that you can dissolve safely in water and rinse down the drain. Of course the cardboard box and plastic insulation wrapper are fully recyclable as well.

All deliveries are packed with dry ice or drain safe, recyclable frozen gel packs to ensure your beef arrives in perfect quality.
