100% Grass-Fed and Finished
We believe cattle were created to convert the simplest of things — sunlight, rain, soil, and plants — into healthy protein, vitamins, and minerals for us. Our cattle eat only a healthy mix of diverse forages (grasses, legumes, and brassicas) which are all non-GMO. They're NEVER fed grain or grain by-products and we use no added hormones. These practices combined with regenerative grazing make for the best beef you'll ever taste. You'll soon know why we call it "beef raised to be delicious!"
Regeneratively Grazed
Every day that our cattle graze open fields of cover crops and pasture they not only add pounds of nourishing beef, they improve the soil they walk on. Daily rotation to fresh forage mimics natural grazing, which optimizes their nutritional intake and the health of the plants they graze. The cover crops, cattle, and their manure create organic biomass in and on the soil, retaining soil nutrients in place, naturally breaking pest cycles, and building a healthy population of microorganisms in the soil. Ultimately, the integration of cattle on crop land increases nutritional output from the land while simultaneously sequestering carbon and nutrients and decreasing dependence on synthetic chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
Direct From Our Family Farm
From our farm to your family.
The only step between our farm and your family’s dinner table is a local, family-owned USDA-inspected butcher (not one of the four mega-meatpackers). Your beef will come from one farm, not a distributor shipping product from farms all over. Our beef is identity preserved through processing, which means every pound really did come from our farm. Put health and sustainability first and know where your food comes from and how it was raised.
Dry Aged + Packed for Freshness
Our beef is dry aged for optimal tenderness and flavor. Every cut is then individually vacuum-sealed to preserve quality and nutrition, and with a label on every package you’ll know exactly what you’re pulling out of the freezer. No matter what you're serving, the meat will speak for itself.
